my ipod is broken well the sleep button on my ipod is broken and it shuts crashes all the time. it was jailbroken and i reset it or restored it in itunes and i wanted to know if that would give me my warranty back and also know if there is anyway that apple could know that ive jailbroken it and if they would know is there something i could put on my touch to make them not know.
