Original Problem:
When i turn on my ipod it shows a picture with the usb connector cord with an arrow and then the itunes logo. When i plug it in it does absolutely nothing. Itunes is running and completely updated. Ive reseted and all that junk. There is nothing i can do on the ipod and ofcourse now i cant use it. This all happened when itunes said there was an update for the ipod and instinctively i thought there was a malfunction that they were fixing with this new version so i clicked yes and it errored and thats where i am now. Any ideas?
If u turn off ur comp, unplug the ipod from the comp, turn the comp on, plug the ipod in once windows is booted up, launch itunes, it should then find it and run the recovery on the ipod. This may work for other problems too. GL
