is there a better battery guage?

Is there a way to get battery info on the touch on a non-jailbroken? It would be nice to click on the battery icon and see a percentage of what is remaining. Maybe a web app or something.

since you cannot install apps (right now) on a non-jailbroken touch and a webapp could never measure your batterys voltage this is not possible. it is possible if you have a jailbroken touch though.
