<sigh> You've got Wi-Fi on probably or using the screen a lot. 22 hours is playing music with the screen off the entire time. Search the forums for BlackWolf's breakdown of the battery life and you'll get the info you want...

Yeah, you must have everything running, and be doing everything all at once. I use my touch heavily, and I get the proper hours Apple set forth. Do you have wifi on while watching movies, tv, etc...or while playing music??? Some help in your usage patterns would help others here help you out with battery issues. Also search the boards too! :)
