iPod touch E-mail Syncing

This is a bit hard to describe, but I have an issue with E-mail on the touch. I want to find a way for my iPod touch inboxes to keep up to date with changes I make to the actual online inboxes. For instance, if I delete E-mails in my .Mac account or from my college E-mail, these messages somehow find their way to my touch anyway. Then I have to delete them all over again, and this sort of renders the touch's E-mail app useless for me.

You need to configure all your email accounts to use IMAP - that will keep them in sync. But you need to do it not only on your iPod Touch, but also on your personal computer.

this IS the solution.

if your mailbox is properly set up as an IMAP mailbox and you are using the IMAP part of it on your touch it WILL sync both ways!
