Geeez! 1500+ songs and I gotta pick one? Well, "Demon Speeding" from Rob Zombie's "The Sinister Urge" seems to get played more than anything else right now.:D

songs that get the most airplay at the moment:

lilac wine - jeff buckley
after the goldrush - neil young
born slippy - underworld
lay lady lay - ministry
victory - puff daddy wit. Notorious B.I.G

overall? one song? I'd have to go with lilac wine. IMHO, the most haunting song ive ever heard. Its the song I always listen to last before I sleep.

According to iTunes, the top 10 most played are:

High Speed-Coldplay
Drive-R.E.M.
Untitled 1-Sigur R?s
Tonight-Sixpence None The Richer
I Am The Highway-Audioslave
Creation Dream-Bruce Cockburn
Waitin' On A Sunny Day-Bruce Springsteen
Typical Situation (Live)-Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds
The Only Anwser-Doughty
Life on a Chain-Pete Yorn

- but I know this isn't accounting for iPod play, on which the play counts would be very different, if only they didn't reset every time I plugged the iPod in!

Right now I can't seem to stop listening to "The Thin Line" by Jurassic 5 featuring Nelly Furtado.

Right now it's Lifetime Piling Up by the Talking Heads- I can't thank you guys enough for the recommendation of this band(on the old board). I'm normally not too enthusiastic about this type of music, but WOW...David Byrne's a genius.

I would have to say any Deftones song, preferably "Bloody Cape". Their new cd absolutely rocks. I just can't wait till I get good enough to play drums along with the cd. Abe Cunningham is amazing!

Wanna get funky? Check out Maktub - Khronos. Maktub, yet another great Seattle band, mixes some Al Green style with a bit of a Jamiroquai vibe and throw some rock & roll in the mix to top it off!
