Can someone please tell me how to access the iTunes database. I need to copy it and send it to someone.
I'm using a new 30GB ipod on windows xp.

Its not that simple. For the songs to play they must be the same ones on the original copy. When you send a song to the ipod it renames it to a number then writes that info to the DB. If they arent the same the song wont play or it will play the wong one.

I understand it won't play. I'm not looking to share the songs, what I'm trying to obtain is the actual listing and naming that iTunes is using to send to someone for support on an issue I'm having.
Anyone know how to get this list?

The iTunes database is a file named "iTunesDB" located in G:\iPod_Control\iTunes (G: being the drive letter for your iPod).

If the "someone" just wants to see how the database works there are some good sites on the internet that explain it, and even provide perl scripts and c code to access it.
