This is an upset user, who is going to purchase anything but apple from now one. My ipod nano lasted one year minus 1 day, how strange. Now I find that I have to ship it back and that it will cost me 29.95. That is no warranty.
I already paid 200 CHF I am not going to pay an extra $29.95 to have apple find some reason why it would be my fault anyway that the buttons don't work anymore.
That was one attempt of apple products, I won't make the mistake again.

All vendors does that.

I believe, if u want no-hassles warranty, buy it local like from Best Buys and when u have a prob, they will take it there from u.
