you could try capturing it with a stream recorder e.g. Orbit
You would then have to convert it to acc
then change its file extension from .m4a to .m4r
import into itunes

yeah, you have to capture the output of your sound card. there are several tools to do this, just google for "sound stream capturing" or something like that.
after you got it, it will most likely be .wav or .mp3 import it into itunes and right-click it, convert it to aac and then right-click the aac-file and open it in finder/explorer. from there, copy the file to your desktop or somewhere, rename the file extension to .m4r and re-import the m4r-file to itunes and there you should go.
admittingly, a little complicated, but should work :D
