video podcast question

I subscribe to several CS3 video podcasts. I want to watch these on my iPhone. I have my iPhone settings (under "podcasts" tab) syncing these video podcasts onto my iPhone. Problem is that I get only audio.

How to get the video to show up as well?

Well, its a little confusing on the iphone, much clearer on the ipod touch. you have to play the podcasts not through ipod->podcasts but throug ipod->video and there you have a section podcasts ;-)

Thanks for your response. My problem still exists though.

My iPhone has ipod>video and ipod>more. Under "more, there is a podcast selection. That is where my video podcasts are going without the video.

Why no video?

He answered you correctly.... You must watch your video podcasts as if they were movies or tv shows. Go to the videos sections.

the thing is that the iphone offers you the possiblity to watch your video podcasts as audio only so save battery. so if you start them through ipod>more>podcasts its audio only, if you start them through ipod>video its audio+video.

it's a little less confusing on the ipod touch where you have a seperate video and music application. if you start your podcast through the music application (which is like the ipod application) you get audio, if you start it through the video application (which is just the video menu of the ipod application) you get video.

Got it! The podcast list is at the very bottom of a long list of my videos. I missed it the first 45 times through!
