Can the Photos taken on the iPhone be uplaoded to a PC?

Well i was wondering if the pics taken with the iPhone can be E-Mailed or uploaded to or somehow put onto my PC?:confused: BTW i do not have an iPhone YET but if i can do that i would consider buying one.

you can email them directly from the phone right after you take the pic. Also once you dock it in itunes you can copy the pictures to your PC and vice versa through itunes or through program files when your computer automatically recognizes the phone is attached.
