Hi,
I am considering buying an iphone, but have the following setup:

my music (and some video) is stored and managed on my mac at home
my email and calendar is in outlook on my win laptop (connected to our corporate exchange)

Is there any way for me to sync with both? music from my mac and email/contacts/calendar items with the windows machine?

Thanks in advance for any advice...

not really, since both ipods and iphones can only be linked to one music library. it's kinda obvious: if you would sync to both pcs, you sync at home and all your music gets copied to your ipod. after that, you sync at work but you havn't any music on your work-PC, so all the music would get deleted off the iphone.

Hi BlackWolf,
thanks for your quick respone. I did some more research and found that with the help of virtualization software one could indeed sync music with Mac and contacts/calendar info with windows (running in a VM on the mac):

You are right though with the limitation to one music library, you cannot sync music with two different computers, but music with one computer and calendar with other should work (more easily so if both run the same OS, see also http://westonshead.blogspot.com/2007/07/iphone-sync-with-multiple-computers.html)

Will try that and post my experiences here...
