iphone 1.1.3 (OTB) wont upgrade to 1.1.2

got my new iphone a few days ago and i downgraded to 1.1.1 and jailbroke it
but my iphone wont upgrade to 1.1.2 it just keeps coming up with error all the time and im stuck on 1.1.1 without any service.

if there a way i could start fresh with 1.1.3 then unlock it again and jailbreak it

as 1.1.3 has been hacked cant i just use the apple updater then start again?

just restore your iphone? connect your phone then go to itunes and press restore. itll update it back to 1.1.3
