When...you send your iPod touch for Repair 2 Apple???

What would they do, i mean i believe theres wifi problems with my touch, went to the apple store, and the wifi wouldnt connect, while the other "show models" do connect.

I mean I have the shipping thing, where they want me to ship my iPod to them for repair...does anyone know what they would do to the touch??? like how...i mean i know, REPAIR


&& How do I exhange this for a new one???

I have read all your posts, and I dont think you wifi is messed up I think you have bad routers or your using routers with mac filtering have you gone to a pay for wifi spot and tried to cnnect there???, whatever I just wanted to give my 2cents............

.....anyway they just send you a new or refurb, they don't fix yours and send it back, i believe, or at least in my case from when I sent my old 5g in..

You haven't explained why your touch wasn't immediately swapped out for a replacement when it would not connect to the store's WiFi. If a problem is easily replicated by a Genius Bar staffer then they go to the back and come out two minutes later with another iPod touch in a small white box, take it out, write up a report and give both to you. Something isn't making sense here.
