Touch stops playing music

Hi,

I just recently bought an iPod Touch and the problem I'm having is that after about 4-5 songs, it stops playing and goes back to the song list. Is there any way to correct this?

Could be one of several things -

1) Bad sync - remove the music and resync
2) Bad rip - re-rip the music
3) USB issues - some of the USB chipsets seems to have issues with the transfers, leading to problems. If you search, you'll see that some people have installed USB PCI cards and gotten good results.
