I'm still searching for the "perfect" case, and wanted to know from anyone who has the Seidio Innocase plus Holster combo, can the Holster's clip be positioned in such a way to prop up the IPhone for video viewing (as a make-shift viewing stand)?
Also, I read in another post that the case popped open when the phone was dropped -- anyone experience this?
Thanks!

One more question ... can the IPhone be placed face *out* while in the holster? I read somewhere that it can only be placed face in, but now I can't find where I read that. It doesn't say on the website.
Here's the link to the case and holster for anyone who's interested:

Edited to add: I contacted Seidio customer service and got the answers to my questions. The IPhone can face out while in the holster, but it won't be as secure as when it's faced in, which is how the holster was designed to hold the phone. Also, the clip on the back of the holster cannot be used to prop up the phone as a viewing stand, it basically lays flat.
Seidio is missing out on a selling point of these holsters, because they can be used as stands for video watching. Just rotate the belt clip one click from vertical. Then the top of the belt clip is perfectly positioned to hold up the iphone horizontally for video viewing.

I'm shocked b/c when I called CS, I asked the guy I spoke to if the clip could be positioned in any way to make the phone stand up horizontally, and he said no, it would lay flat. I also asked a couple of people I found on the net who did a review of the phone/holster, and they also said it wouldn't work. This is a huge selling point -- I agree!!

I just received my Seidio skin and holster. There is no way that this holster could possibly be used as a video stand. I have been messing with this thing for the last thirty minutes... it falls over every time.
Please advise if you actually think that I'm doing something wrong...
Thanks!
I don't know if they've changed the design, but it works for me. I'll try to add a couple of photos.

Thanks for posting those pictures. I'm going to spend the next several weeks consulting with doctors... ultimately, I believe they will conclude that I am ######ed.
Thanks for the help... I love the case and now I love the holster too. The pictures were a HUGE help!
Thanks again...

I just got the Innocase II with holster--this thing is awesome. My one gripe is I cannot remove the case unless I bludgeon the center tab--and I do want to do that. Any tips or tricks on removing the case?

I think the case/phone in the pics is a 2G

Yeah, it is, but I belive they have the same tab locking system. I can't get this thing off--I do love the case though,
