January Updates MISSING after RESTORE??

My january updates are missing after restoring ipod touch, any idea how on retrieving the updates??

Did you sync your Touch with iTunes? The January apps won't reapear until you do so. If that don't work, try logging out of your iTunes account then log back in.

have tried both methods, doesn't seem to work, thanks for the advice anyway :)

The updates should reapply after a restore as long as you're logged into your iTunes Store account when you actually do the restore. Of course, if the iTunes Store is down at the time (which it appeared to have been for an hour or two last night, as I was messing around with upgrading, downgrading, and restore my iPhone at the time as well), then you might have problems.

Your best bet is to try restoring again, making sure you're logged in to your iTunes Store account when you do. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest contacting the iTunes Store Customer Service (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/).
