ipod to computer

well, i restored my computer and accidentally forgot to transfer my whole library
of movies and music to my external hd, my only hope is to transfer my music and
movies from my ipod touch (16gb) to my computer. Can anybody help me out?

Anyone aware of any freeware? I bought touchcopy (http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy/) but it's not working. I definitely wouldn't recommend it :mad: . It transfers 2-3gb and then stops transferring. I'd rather not buy anything else..
