16 GB iPhone Disassembly

Has any site or person taken apart new 16 iphone to see if there are any other hardware differences compared to 8 gig iphone.

I havent seen it yet but judging that the specs have not changed one bit on the apple site (size etc) I dont think there are any internal changes except the memory chip.

Wonder if it will be possible in future to add the 16GB chip to the 8GB phone by opening it up?

Well it was done some time ago to the nano when only 4gb were available. But unless the flash memory is soldered on a separate small board this will be hard to do.
