View Full Version : SwithEasy- Beware, no customer service, no responses

I got a new ipod nano video for Christmas. YAY!! So I did a lot of research here to figure out which case was best for me. I finally decided to go with the SwithEasy Ruby Red Biscuit and the RunAway adaptor for the Nike sport kit. I placed my order Jan 5th, 2008 and funds were withdrawn two days later. I don't want to use my ipod until it's secured in a case so it's been sitting next to my desk unopened since Christmas. I've since made THREE attempts to get my tracking number from SwitchEasy and have not received anything. It's been a month now and I am VERY frustrated. I'm pretty confident that they can't give me a tracking number because they've never sent anything to me. But how about a email stating why??

I highly recommend you DO NOT place orders through switcheasy.com. They have NO customer service and do not respond to their customer's inquiries. Resellers are likely to be a lot more responsive but beware!

I understand your frustration.

I had an issue with good initial response and poor follow-up from them. I purchased my Michi biscuit from an Ebay retailer, so I don't have purchasing experience from them.

I DID (in a thread just below this), have an issue with my dock protector. It almost fell out, it was so loose. I emailed them, and they returned my email the same day (it was on a Saturday), and they were at MacWorld.

The bad thing was that they didn't contact me for a bit when they got back. It took a few emails to get them to reply. They DID, however send me a brand new Biscuit for no charge (it arrived today).
