Anyone using an acrylic case and a folio?

Is anyone using an acrylic or plastic case like the Power Support Crystal Jacket, Agent 18 Eco or Speck SeeThru along with a folio, like the Marware CEO Premiere?

I am getting ready to purchase an iPhone and would like to use a combination like this as I have done with some of my other smartphones in the past.

I'd had to drop money on both a case and a folio if they won't work together.
