Incomplete songs after ipod touch to PC transfer?

I was forced to format my HD after WinXP crashed.

I used iPod Access for Windows v4.1.3(Findley Designs) to move my music off of my ipod touch (16GB) to my PC. After this was done I updated the touch with 1.1.3 from apple and then resynced my ipod. Now as I'm listening I'm finding alot of the songs are incomplete.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I appreciate any help on this.

It was probably a software issue with iPod access in that it didn't copy the complete songs off of your iPod touch. You should e-mail iPod access and see if there are any bugs that could explain this.

Luckily I backed up my Itunes folder to an external drive a day before the crash. I'm thinking that maybe a good old copy and paste from there to the Itunes folder on my local machine should clear things up.

However, I will take a look on their site to see if there is any fix in case this doesn't work.
