Upgrade iPod

I've just bought a new iPod Nano having had the old iPod nano for a few years.

The question is how do I transfer my old music to my new iPod? Especially stuff bought from iTunes?

If it's all in iTunes, you can just sync the new pod.

I just went from a 2g to a new 3g Nano and had no issue whatsoever.
