anyone else unable to download 1.1.3 apps

i loaded 1.1.3 (non jailbreak) on my touch and when i go to the apps page on itunes, i'm unable to purchase them. apple tech support says they're aware of the problem and suggested i do a reset through itunes.

just wondering if anyone else out there had this experience and if resetting alleviated the issue. thanks.

I couldnt get the new apps to complete purchase or install until I "authorized computer" in iTunes.

I'm not sure why it wasnt authorized, but as soon as I did that, the new apps installed.

Not sure if you are in the same boat, but that worked for me.

have you got the latest version of itunes because i had to update to 7.6

I couldn't do it because some virus protection software I'd recently downloaded was blocking it. As soon as I suspended that software I was able to get it.

Make sure you have iTunes 7.6 and also don't have "manually manage music" checked.

basically i heard that in America people are going bloody crazy at apple cos to change the battery you have to send it in. Is it true and is there any other way i can change it???

Not sure why you're asking in this thread, but there are third-party solutions like iPodJuice to replace your battery.

raist999 was correct. thanks for the info. after i authorized my pc, i was able to download the apps.
