Hey, I got a new LCD tv (Samsung LN-T4671F) if that can help anyone.

My problem would be that I hook it up through the USB jack on the side of my TV with the same one as the comp, it comes up through Wiselink and then I can listen to music but the only roblem is that the song names are like FOZE.MP3 then i'd play the song and I'd be like oh, thats Dane Cook but is there a way so that it will show the song names?

-Thanks

Probably not. If you enter your ipod through windows explorer, you will see that all of the songs have weird file names like that

I believe that Samsung TVs require special cables for their iPod modes.

I too have a samsung, not too old, I think we got it at the end of 2007, I would like to play my ipod 2g nano on it, I have played my ipod on a flatscreen before, i dont know what kind it was, but you know what, the songs on you ipod are labeled like that, FATU, MAPA, and the like, what you can do, which i have done, it takes a bit, but you can edit the titles of the songs, I am sure there is an easier way to do this, but I do not know it, you would have to open your ipod and look for the file that contains your mp3s, and how to do this is open Search, I have a PC, and look for, in you ipod, in hidden files, and put a title in for search, then you can rename that, and then go UP, you know that Icon with the yellow folder and green arrow, and it will have a filename like "F001" or something, I can't remember, but this file will not have all your mp3s, because there are other files, just like this one, but instead of the number one, there is two, and three, and four. OH, and I am pretty sure we used the usb cord which comes with the ipod, for the connection that I did with the other flatscreen, that was in a dorm I lived in, and I didn't do the leg work, and that one was just a 42" screen. So I am pretty sure it can be done, because its been done before, I've had my nano for like more than a year. Because once, all my songs were labeled right.
