New Upgrade won't download

I just got a $20 gift card in order to buy the new upgrade. I have $20.98 in my account but it says i have insufficient store credit. I have no idea what's going on. Please help me:mad:

$20 isn't enough..tax is excluded in this price so I believe its somewhere around $21.95 or something like that.

FYI, why $20? I always thought the gift cards came in $15, $25, $30, $50, and $100?

I got the gift card from itunes, and the price range is $10 to $20. I thought it would be perfect; I was apparently wrong.
