I emailed a few PDF files from my PC to my iPt. The attachments are fine as long as WiFi is connected to the Internet. If I turn off WiFi once, sometimes the attachments and the email message (not the email itself) disappear. The email is still in my Inbox, but the original message text and the attachment have been replaced with, "Message was not downloaded from the server." Sometimes this problem does not occur the first time I turn off WiFi, but by the second or third time I turn off Wifi (having turned it back on previously) the problem always occurs. I'm using Outlook and POP3 email accounts. And by the way Apple, I darn sure did download them from the server or they never would have gotten onto my iPt!
This was the only way to locally store files for viewing offline that I'm aware of and now it won't work. Anyone else having this problem?
I also notice that the Mail app is inconsistent in receiving email. I receive about half of my emails at best.
