I have a couple questions about this device and I was wondering if someone could help me out. I already owned the Monster iCarPlay FM Transmitter and used it on my 1st gen Nano and it worked. I gave it to my woman because, silly me, I bought a Zune. Now I'm getting the Classic and was wondering if the transmitter will work on the Classic?

Also, is using this type of recharger/transmitter bad for the li-on battery charging cycles? The iCar would be used on a regular basis and the iPod will never even hit half empty battery during wireless battery use. So every time I used it in the car, I'm administering charging even if the battery hasn't been used much at all. Anyone know the technical information on this? I want the best for the iPod.

Thanks.

I bought one of these yesterday and so far am very happy with it. I read in the instruction booklet that one of the features is an automatic regulator (or something) that protects the iPod as well as the transmitter itself. It didn't describe exactly what that means and I haven't searched the web yet. And, as far as I know the lithium ion batteries don't have a "memory". The only thing I'm careful about it starting and turning off my car while the iPod is hooked up.
