I just downloaded the new apps and a weird thing happens in the Map App. For some reason it thinks I am at my old house in North Carolina (I live in Florida!). I haven't lived there since last year well before ipod purchase, but it hits my old house on the nose! It also doesn't recognize my new location.

It can't be a coincidence and makes me wonder how location is determined. Does this make any sense?

Skyhook mapped your router at your old address. It hasn't updated the database entry.

That makes sense. So actually I've been messing with it more and if I keep reseting it sometimes it hits the correct address (FL) and sometimes it hits the old one (NC). So does this means there are two entries for my router floating around in the database?

Thanks for the info!

haha that's pretty cool, I am still amazed by this whole skyhook technology...
