How do you put photos on the iTouch?

I'm trying to simply drag and drop some photos from my pictures folder into my iPod touch when it is connected. I don't have auto sync turned on, simply because I have a ton more movies, photos, and music than this ipod can handle.

How do I go just adding one or two photos to the touch?

My only solution is just to copy and paste all the photos I wanna add into a new folder, and just sync that folder with the ipod using itunes, because right now Im just dragging and dropping from the folder, to the ipod, and it says that the file can't be played on this ipod.

I believe you need to make a folder called "iPod Photo Cache" in your pictures folder on your computer, and the pictures from that folder will be added to your iPod when you sync it.
