You have a iTouch? Wow, I have never seen an iTouch. Now I have heard of the iPod touch. :p
There currently aren't any official games for the iPod touch. The games and applications available on Apple's website are called web apps. You access these through the Safari browser on your iPod touch using wi-fi. That is the only way to play them, you cannot install them on your iPod touch. So all you have to do is access that website using your iPod touch and create a bookmark for each application you like in Safari. A new feature with the $20 upgrade is that you have the ability to link certain things on your iPod touch's desktop (its main screen). Steve Jobs showed this off in his keynote speech but he did this by accessing Google and he said that Google has been doing some neat things with the iPhone/iPod touch. So I don't know if you can do this with Google only websites or not. However, when he showcased it, Steve simply opened up a application in Google (like Google maps). He then clicked on the plus sign at the bottom of the browser and he had a couple of options. He could either bookmark that page or add it to the iPhone/iPod touch desktop.
So try doing that. If you get the option to add a bookmark only then that is all you can do. Keep in mind that even if you added a link to your iPod touch's desktop, you still can only access web apps using Safari (if you click on the icon on your iPod touch's desktop, it will open up Safari) and when you are connected to a wi-fi network.
