Today, I went to Best Buy to buy the Shure SE210, but when I was searching for them I found the Bose On Ear Headphones. The Bose headphones were actually 20$ more expensive than the Shures and I asked one of the employee for a recommendation and he said that the Bose has better sound quality.
When I first put it over my head, it feels really comfortable especially the pads. The head band is a bit too stiff though. I also disliked how thin and flimsy the cord was. I really liked the sound quality, it was really clear even the highs and mids and especially the bass. But, I found something weird is that I have to turn 80% of my ipod's volume to hear clearly to the headphones (I do not have volume limit on) I don't know if it is the ipod or the headphones.
THe thing I dislike about it is when I checked the mirror, it made my head look really weird and I'm not sure I want to wear these everywhere I go in public
So, I am considering to exchange these to the Shures as I've tried them before and I loved the clarity but just not much of the bass (I'm sure I can get used to it within time.)
What do you guys think I should do? Keep it or switch to the Shures?

Another alternative would be the Bose In Ear headphones. They're good too. I don't know how they compare to the Shures, but if you like Bose then they're worth a try.

What's the worst that can happen? You take them back?
