Just getting a new car with no Aux-in!!!!! Help me get a decent sound.

If you want a decent sound you really need to get a head unit with an iPod connection. I was using an FM transmitter for six months and just had an Alpine 9883 hu installed in my car. The sound difference is night and day. It's like comparing the earbuds that come with your iPod to a decent pair of earbuds or headphones.

I don't know about now, but I have some "Centrios" brand FM Transmitter from before the FCC thing. It works well enough. With good batteries it sounds like the strongest radio station- if not better. Not CD good, but almost.

Hardwire will beat the transmitter everytime, so keep that in mind.
