Hello all, i was trying to use a cassette adapter with my 60g iPod in my car and the adapter, predictably, went haywire, flipping sides and such, and while this was occurring my iPod flipped to a white screen, was hotter than usual when i arrived home and ever since seems like one dead little mother--trying to reset, toggling the hold button, plugging into my computer--nothing works. help! i'm praying if anything was fried it was simply the battery, but i am mystified. can this actually happen with a cassette adapter???
