I'm new to the ipod world and was going to get a mini tonight but when I went to Best Buy + Circuit City after work they were both sold out. When I get a mini, I'm going to use it a lot in my car. I have a newer Sony X-Plod receiver with an aux option so I can plug in a ipod. Should I go this route or get a wireless thing that you can use to tune in on fm radio? I know by directly plugging in the back of the receiver would give the best sound quality, but was wondring about the itrip's sound quality. I would like a cup holder thing to hold my mini as well, but all the ones I've seen on the internet have been for the 15-40 gig ipods. Could anybody help? I might drive 35 minutes to Comp USA tommorow to see if they have any minis in stock.

I would definetly suggest the wired method. I tried the wireless and it's not very good at all (at least in Dallas). Too many radio stations. Right now there aren't many mini solutions for mounts or cases. It's too new. I'm sure there will be some mini specific mounts available, but might have to wait a couple of months. There are generic cell phone mounts that would prolly work with the mini. You might take a look in the cell phone department.
