After installation the lights on the radio part of the dashboard are out. The installer, Best Buy, told me I need a reverse harness. Does anyone know if this will fix the problem? Also, I have a video ipod I got for Christmas last year (Gen 3????). The auto scroll does not work. Each time I want to see the Artist, Album and Song I have to hit the title button on the right side of the unit. It appears to function the same as "manual." Call to Alpine didn't help. Otherwise I am pleased with the Alpine.
