View Full Version : "Use iTunes to Restore" Not Working

I purchased a refurbished Nano from the Apple Store. Unfortunately a week into having it, it had a bit of a problem and needed to be returned. When I got it back it was all fine and dandy. A week later and it's broken again.

The "Use iTunes to Restore" message came up again and I took it home to try to restore. Now, the last time I had a problem this happened too. After following all the steps to reset it and restore it, iTunes continues to ask me to restore it every time.

I've followed several problems that are related on the Apple site but none have proven to be helpful at all. I have also tried doing this on other computers and the same problem occurs.

Using the latest iTunes software and firmware on the iPod. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

Time to take it back.
