mini from the Apple Store

i purchased an ipod mini from the official Apple store. unfortunately, i purchased mine on the 13th, making me fall in the "ship by 3/16/04" category. however at macmall, they have the ipod silvers shipping out next week. is there anyway i can cancel my order at the apple store? or is this something i'd have to ask at the apple store itself?

Whats the return policy on Apple Store? Do they have restocking fee? I read that they only have 10 day return policy, is this true?
