Wifi on a ipod touch question.

Well at my school we have wifi throughtout the school, the only thing is, is that it needs a password. Is there anyway that I could use a schools laptop which is connected by wifi already to find out the password? Thanks!

There are ways possible of breaking WiFi passwords, if the password encryption is at the lowest setting. Although this is incredibly tricky to do and unless your highly confident with computing, I don't think you'd be able to do it.

You might be able to say to your school "my laptop seems to have forgot the schools WiFi password, can you tell me it again?" They may just write it on paper, or tell you thinking you were telling the truth. Then you input that password into your iPod.

Oh, and you have laptops in school? We just about have computers, and they're rubbish!

are you at a university? At mine they have a help desk and they will try to setup any wireless device you need.
