Transferring Music

How would I transfer my old music from my Zen Sleek to my iPod Touch?

I assume I need to put the files in my iTunes music library but don't know how.

If there's a possibility to put all of your Zen Sleek songs on your pc, then just select them all and drag them into the Music Library or make a playlist if you prefer and drag the files in that iTunes playlist.
