Monaural Earphone

I've only got hearing in one ear & need a quality monaural earphone to use with my iPod Classic (160). All my music is ripped for stereo for use in dock, car, etc. I found this - http://www.sensaphonics.com/prod_221.html - but the price is $450!!

Is anyone aware of a more reasonable solution?
