Music keeps skipping

So like all people I have been using my IPhone a lot lately while working out. Usually halfway through my workout, the music just starts skipping around and it's driving me crazy. Any help appreciated

If the same songs are skipping regularly, I would suggest confirming that they're okay in iTunes and then re-transferring them from your iTunes library to your iPhone, in case it's a problem with the files themselves.

If, on the other hand, it's a more random problem triggered specifically by your own rapid body movements, then you might have a problem with the iPhone itself and may want to look into getting it services.

I would suggest trying a complete restore on the iPhone and reloading it from iTunes before doing this, however, just to make sure that there isn't some software-related problem with the iPhone itself.

I have the same problem sometimes but its rare. It will start skipping and then lock up up or freeze and then I reboot it. I've had it about 2 weeks and IRS happened about 3 times so far.
