I just found this little gem and it seems to be the only one available so far?
I ordered one and will report back when I have tried it out.
It looks promising as they say it is a Line level audio output and carries through the transport control functions too.
This should mean that the main functions of many dock will work while allowing the iTouch to sit horizontal for video viewing.
