iPhoto Syncing from external library!

Guys

I have moved my iPhoto library on to an external drive due to lack of space on my local one.

I have now lost the ability to sync photos in iTunes to my touch. Basically it no longer shows a list of my albums etc to select for syncing.

If i move the library back to my local drive then normal service is resumed and it all shows up in iTunes sync tab.

Does anyone know of a reason why it won't work with an external library?

I am running Powerbook G4, 10.4.11, iTunes 7.5, iPhoto 5.04.

After you moved your library, did you re-locate it with iPhoto? iTunes pulls the data from iPhoto so you need to make sure that iPhoto is aware of the move...

Yeah i re-opened iPhoto and selected the external library. iPhoto loads the library perfectly. I then close this and open iTunes and nothing!
