There are currently no iTunes games for the iPod touch.

There are a few I believe if you jailbreak your touch.

There are also a few available that can be played via the Safari Web Browser on the iPod touch, as long as you're within range of a WiFi access point, since they run across the Internet.

apple is kinda slow sometimes, you might have to wait a while. i know there are some games out there on the web, but you would need to jailbreak your ipod.
