I originally posted this in the "iPod Touch" section, and I felt that it applied to iPhones as well.

Promptly naming this Stuck Pixel Fixer "iStuck" I now present to you....

I amazingly compressed a 220MB file into a mere 3MB WinZip Archive. Its already converted to .mp4 format, and has the iPod Touch resolution (480x320)
This runs for approx. 1 hour, so you can just leave your iPod sitting there until it finishes. Sometimes it will go longer than usual really quickly so you can see if there is an improvement.
Some people say it can cause more stuck pixels. I just don't see how that is possible at all, so don't even worry about that.
If you want to put this on your website please give "DuBz from ilounge.com" credit for it.

On a side note: I DO NOT recommend using/looking at this video if you have epileptic problems.
EDIT: I can't seem to make it full screen. If anyone can accomplish this, I will give you partial credit for the fixer!
