What are deep bass headphones?

I'm buying some new headphones soon and in the description it says it has deep bass, what does deep bass mean?

i was always taught that bass is a feeling not a sound. bass is that thumping feeling that shots through your body (speakers) but you should be able to feel bass from your headphones, not just hear it.

If it actually says 'has deep bass' then in addition to it probably being crud, it probably has a lot of mid-bass... so a boost in the 80-100hz range. And maybe a shaker (motor with an unbalanced weight which sets up vibrations) or two?
