ipod nano help,please :(

help please i brought my ipod nano but it will not register it when i want to it dosnt have a scroll bar to click on it i only have never register or register later
i cant sync anything to it either olaese help ive tryed everything.

I just had the same problem, the box to register was on the far right and I had to reset the resolution on my monitor to see it.
