NEED HELP!! ipod touch wont connect to itunes

i just bought a ipod touch 8gb and when i connect it to itunes it gives me this
iTunes could not connect to the iPod "iPod" because an unknown error occurred (0xE8000025).
and theres a image in the screen can anybody help me with this?

read it and did everything that it says but still wont connect with itunes? :mad:
