I have never heard of the iTouch before. Is it a product made by Apple or something else?

It does kind of bug me when people call it the iTouch. Not so much on the internet i guess, since it is easier to type and hey, everyone know what you mean. But when i have people i talk to say it it really annoys me. Thats just me.
